Action Furnace Inc

I called Action Furnace to get options for AC in my new townhome. When the salesman came I expressed my concern over what the condo board would say about it. The salesman, Marc, assured me that he installs these all the time in places like mine and that he never gets any issues. I was still concerned and he guaranteed me that if there was an issue he would deal with it. Turns out there was an issue from the condo board. They insisted it be removed. I called the salesman, Marc, and he did nothing but further be dishonest to me and did nothing to help. In the end action Furnace removed the unit and didn't give me any refund. Their %100 satisfaction guarantee means nothing. I spent $3600 and got nothing for it from this company. The salesmen at this company will say anything to make a sale and the company supports them. Get it in writing!!
