Professionals installer covered the floor with rugs to protect hardwood floor. They informed me the work will be completed in 4 hours time but it was done in just over 2 hours. I offered them snack & drinks unfortunately the crews has another job to go. I give them a 10 out of 10 rating (very professional crew)

I booked my new ac unit on a Saturday and came in after work to see the job (#200385) had already been completed by Hamid and his team. Total install time was approximately 4 hours. Hamid was very courteous and professional.

So far, I am content with the installation job and performance of the unit. I was also ensured prior to committing to the work that the Lennox unit would be American built and it was.

Homestars have provided free consultation on our residential heating and cooling system. In mid Aug. 2024, we have contracted them to installed for us a new Lennox 90,000 btu furnace and a Lennox 2.5 tonne high efficiency air conditioner (invoice# 200338). The installation team is professional and the equipment is running fine so far.

Our Experience with the sales, office and tech team were great, no pressure at all unlike certain other agencies. Homestar is a Costco approved business and they were pleasant to deal with from start to finish and installed my Lennox AC the very next day after approving their quote. Tech installed a slab for the new air conditioner and replaced the old fixtures around it. Also received call backs asking if everything was ok and if I needed any support or help, to call them asap. Satisfied client for sure !
