Technician was extremely neat, friendly and thorough. Did a very good job explaining what he did and answering questions.

Periodic furnace inspection and maintenance - quick and efficient. The technician was knowledgeable and also provided us guidance on the operation of the installed humidifier unit and took the time to identify additional resources for reference.

Needed a new furnace due to cracking and risk of CO escaping into living area. Chose high efficiency furnace with hospital level air cleaning capability.

Had a hot water tank leak, replaced tank.

Replaced furnace control board and saved it for me for a month so I can go after Hydro one for repayment.

Two guys that came were polite and effective. Work was done nicely and nothing was found that needed replacement. There was no charge.

Original Lennox thermostat installed with new AC unit failed and was replaced with Ecobee. Replacement was challenging and repair took several weeks but Oosterveld got it working.
