Big Valley made the choice easy, helped the homeowner understand the different options, and installed the fireplaces in a timely manner. Alhtough there was a minor wiring glitch with one of the fireplaces the service fellow was there right away and corrected it. Over all the sale and installation went beautifully and the homeowner is very happy.
