We had our prior home's wood shutters and roller blinds done by Thomas and his team and was happy with it and thus recommended them to our friends and families. They got several business through us and so when we moved to our next home, we also contracted them to do wood shutters and windows throughout the whole home. However, mush to our surprise, at night time, without the sun's rays coming into through the windows, we realised that our shutter's white color was very off the color of our trim! And when we called Thomas to see it, he simply said that's the only color of the shutters and he did not promise to match our trim!!! Can't believe that we've given so much business to them when he cared less how it would look asthetically with a very white shutters on an off-white trim. I told him we can't accept it, his solutions guess what is to give us some gallons of paints so we can paint our trim ourselves! It's a new home and that would mean we need to paint all our trim so we can match his shutters because he gave us the only color of shutters they have! Did not even offer to do any price adjustment so we can get a painter to do the job! He told my husband it's my husband's job to the painting. If you go even to Home Depot and other stores, there are two kinds of white shutters - a bright white or an off white! Can't believe we've trusted them of such investment when they don't really care to fix this issue properly. We will never ever go with them again, if ever we move to another home in the future. But in fairness, their workmanship of the shutters is good and the installer Chris is such a nice fellow and very professional.
