Kitchen Planning & Renovation review in

They were supposed to be done our floors within 1 week and it was still not done 4 weeks later. After it was completed we had a tile that cracked and fell off and they never fixed it.

it sounds as though this may have slipped through the crack.
we always look after our warranty even after the standard 1 year has expired. For 30 years we have been offering the best warranty in the business hands down.
