Riverside Appliance

After multiple phone calls to the person who said they were the half owner of the business, we finally had them come and honor the warranty on the washer that we purchased. They replaced it with a new one, but during the swap, they scratched our new floor and dinged up the door frame. They said it couldn't have been them, which to us is very upsetting. Even saw him trying to wash off the scratch on the floor, then when he realized it was a permanent mark, just left it alone and did not tell us about it. We had to bring it up with him. Did I mention the the delivery driver is the other half owner of the business. Please do not use this place as they do not have good business ethics.
