Edmonds Fine Appliance

After my dryer motor burned out, and repairing it was prohibitive, I called Edmonds for advice, as I also needed a second set of laundry appliances for another part of my home. This was where my extraordinary experience started. An extremely helpful lady on the phone for an hour, discussing varied options in a patient , professional , non-pushy, genuinely helpful way.
I decided on a new dryer to match my stackable washer, and everything ticked along like clockwork. An absolutely outstandingly professsional business that is respectful of the customer and delivers on-time and ensures the installation is perfect. My new dryer had some installation hiccups with the stacking rack needing modifications. Unphased by this, the installers figured out what they needed and then called a manager at the store who then left to find the part at another store ( as the part was out of stock at Edmonds ) . The installers then returned later the same day with everything they needed to ensure the installation was perfect, and completed what was promised on time, with care and attention to detail, and couldn’t have been more courteous through the whole process.
I have never experienced such a classy level of service from an appliance store in my life. They really are attentive to the needs of their customer and their professionalism is remarkable. They are patient and their seamless service from purchase to installation is done by their full-time employees who clearly take pride in their work.
I can not recommend them highly enough, and will be making all my future appliance purchases ( of which I have a few ) with Edmonds.
I did my homework and look as hard as you like you will not find a better establishment.

i purchased a washer/dryer and a dishwasher from Edmonds a couple of years back. i was and am very happy with not only the units, but my experience dealing with Edmonds and the great service technicians that installed my appliances. In comparison to my experience with another "top" appliance retailer here in the lower mainland, it was a good day. i know miele appliances cost more that your kitchenaid, but boy... i find they are worth the money. Edmonds staff came and took the old appliances out and installed the new units carefully and with no muss or fuss. they were careful with my surroundings, happy, funny and let me know exactly what they were doing all the time. i have not had a lick of trouble since. some of the other companies have the slick radio ads but do not get bamboozled.

Looking for full appliance package. Worked with Sarah = overall amazing experience! very knowledgeable - provided useful/unbiased advice (not to mention fabulous coffee!!!). Bottom line great experience and great price - what more can you ask for!

Put our old appliances in a condo we renovated which sorely needed them. Had to purchase fridge, stove and dishwasher for ourselves. Shopped around quite a bit and found all 3 at Edmonds at a pretty good price. Our salesman was also very good and gave us extra time on warranties free, etc. It was a good experience.

I was very impressed with George Parsons of Edmonds Appliances. Not only is he very knowledgeable on the company products, he is sincere and respectful. A real gem in this age of 'sell it and rid them' retail mentality.

We bought whole set of appliances from Edmonds Appliances in Burnaby. A fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, and microwave. The price was competitive and the service professional. The installer had to do onsite adjustments like cutting a larger hole in the granite top. Very good job. We are happy with the results.

It was time to replace all our appliances as the appearance and technology were getting dated. I went to all the major retailers in the city but I felt Edmond's Appliance Center had exactly what I was looking for at a great price and great customer service. Upon entering the store I was greeted by the receptionist and then introduced to Becky who was on the floor for sales. I explained everything I was looking for and was impressed how she listened and understood exactly what I wanted. She was extremely knowledgeable having worked in the industry for many years in a variety of areas. We went through each appliance and she explained the new technology and benefits with each. After picking out a package fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer dryer I was able to obtain a great price as well as delivery and installation and after market service.
The appliances were delivered as scheduled and installation occurred with no problem.
Received a follow-up call from Becky making sure I was completely satisfied and gave me a special number for any service problems or other issues I might have in the future. She also said I could call her anytime if I have any questions or problems.

Awesome customer service!.There was a dent on the side of our stove and the toe kick on our fridge was cracked when delivered. Everything was replaced (partswise) within two hours. Good prices-I wouldn't go anywhere else for appliances. Dan and Sarah are the best- followed up on any further glitches by calling us to see if we had been taken care of.
Would give them more than 10 if I could.

We were recommended to use Edmonds by both friends and our contractor. We found them to have great customer service, however we did encounter a few small issues. Our fridge arrived with a dent, so it needed to be replaced. Our sales rep left before our order was completed and a few errors occurred because of it, however Edmonds was quick to correct the situation. We purchased a fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher from Edmonds. We would recommend their business to others.

They understood our needs and let us browse the products. They called before the delivery and delivered on time. They were able to adapt the product to the conditions of our older house and they were dog friendly - very important to us.
