Steel insulated door has air leak

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Toronto

In September 2016, we had a steel insulated door installed at our townhouse. After the technicians left, I noticed sunlight passing through the bottom corner of the door. This makes me worry about my heating bill.
I talked to our sales rep who said it "should be fine." I sent him a photo which is attached. I also called the main office, and the woman said she'd call me back, but did not do so. I would expect someone to inspect and seal my door since we paid $1400.
Poor communication. Poor after-sales service.
