Windows installed for whole house
Windows replaced in Jul 2013 for whole house and after may be about 7-8 month mold started growing between glass.Reported to company but no response with life time warranty. The gas, usually argon, is sealed between the two layers of glass in the manufacturing process. If the seal is compromised, however, condensation can form between the panes and mold can grow there.
The appearance of mold or condensation between double pane windows means the seal on the glass has failed. The glass should be replaced if at all possible.

Dear Mr. Mehta,
As you may recall we have inspected your windows and so did Window City the manufacturer. According to the inspections what you are experiencing with your windows is dirt accumulation (not seal failure of thermal units) that was sitting behind the glass on the outside and moisture caused it to turn black. You need to wash the windows at least twice a year with a detergent cleaner. As you may see the dirt is accumulating only at the bottom on the outside. Seal failure is normally visible when the actual glass fogs up.
