Love working with the Castle team! Christian always returns my calls and the prices are so fair. I got my ducts cleaned in October with the team. Loved their service, so I just had them install a new thermostat today. Great people and will book them again in the future.

Used to use them annually. Price sky-rocketed without any notice. Technicians who did the work were great. Christian who arranged the annual cleaning/maintenance work rang early in the year and tried to "arm-wrestle" me into having the job done in early August and that he'd give me a "special deal"! I said no, would rather wait until the regular fall time. He got "pushy", then rude and then outright belligerent with me! WOW...company lost a client because of his treatment of me and why I cannot recommend this company. Technicians always did a good job which is why I gave it a 3 for satisfaction.

Castle has been servicing our furnace and cleaning our ducts for years and I have always been satisfied with their work and technicians.
Late night on Jan 10 our furnace stopped working. A technician helped me with diagnose the problem over the phone. I knew we would be OK until morning and he agreed to come over first thing to have a look at it and see if he could get it going. He informed us the heat exchanger needed to be replace and called the company who could replace it for us under warranty. He did not charge us for his help and time. THANK YOU very much. The other company did the warranty work for us very satisfactorily.

We had Vince and Ryan clean our furnace ducts and dryer vent today. Their workmanship was first class. Very professional, respectful young men. I highly recommend this company and these gentlemen.

Darren was the technician that helped us and there aren.t words to express how thankful we are for someone who wasn.t just looking to get a job done, but to help us understand what to look for, actually fix the problem, and find ways to help us cut costs - and all WITH a fun, kind personality too! :-)
We are outside of calgary by some distance, so the helpful way that he was able to talk us thru the process and the problem the furnace was having was a huge part of why we trust him and Castle to take care of our furnace needs!

I called on a Saturday, left a voicemail, not expecting a call back until after the long weekend. Received a call back THAT afternoon!

Darren & Brad, were booked to arrive between 12-1. They called earlier and asked if it was okay if they were to arrive earlier. Yes please!

They set out a floor protector, brought in their equipment. They were polite, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, professional!

I paid over $500 a few months before by another company to just have the chimney cleaned! This company said they couldn't clean the chimney until the summer because of the snow. WE LIVE IN ALBERTA!

I had my furnace serviced with this company about. Month ago and I was very satisfied.
This morning my furnace stopped, I called the company and they came out and replaced the thermocouple at no charge.
I very very impressed as no compant does that.

I used Castle a bunch years ago with a renovations company I supervised for and they were good, but as sometimes happens with small businesses quality can come and go. Christian gave me a quote for the work but when his guys showed up they were missing a ladder to get onto the roof and clean the dryer duct (which should be a standard thing on the truck.) Christian told me is was no problem they would return for it. I paid for the bill on the phone before they returned just as a courtesy but when they returned and did the roof vent he charged me extra and above $80 extra for it which wasn't the end of the world except he charged me without even calling me. Just charged my card and no receipt. Found out about it on my next visa bill. This is fraud, I confronted him on it and he made excuses and said their would be no refund. There are much better duct cleaners in town then these guys!

Castle Mtce cleans the windows and outdoor light fixtures in our condo complex (I am not sure exact cost mentioned above) for the past 12 years. They have always been prompt, attentive and good. I also have them come to just do my units' windows and their furnace service handles my furnace cleaning (also good).

I used their service back in 2012 when I moved into my house. My realtor recommended them to me. I wanted to get a few things done including cleaning gutters. The guys showed up, told me they forgot the hose, but they will look around the house to see if they were clean. I was busy at that time, so I didn't watch what they were doing. Came to my surprise they were done "inspecting" within few minutes, I didn't think they even brought out ladders to look at any gutters and since the gutters were at the roof, there was no way in telling if they were clean or not so I couldn't prove them wrong otherwise. The guy ended up charging me just for showing up. Would not recommend. Dishonest company.
