Removal of 20 year old Ash tree

This is not the first time I have used Glenwood Tree Service. They have done several other jobs for me ie pruning, tree removal etc. One evening during a storm a large branch snapped on one of my trees. I called Steve, within in the hour he returned my call, promised a crew for the next day and by 11am next morning the branch had been removed! That's service!!
They are the only tree service I will call because
1. they are prompt with their estimates,
2. the crew that comes to do the work are not only knowledgable but friendly and efficient and work in a very safe manner
3. the fee charged for the job is reasonable
