Red Deer
Purchased what I thought was a case of 6 cans of spray paint. The website clearly showed a quantity of one and a case of six. Which normally means one case of six. But they put a sneaky little red dot behind the word "case" and if you clicked on it, you would find out they meant only one can of paint. I had it shipped from Edmonton to Red Deer. They told me the resolution was for me to ship it back to get my refund, which of course is not practical due to the cost of shipping. So, I paid $45 for one can of paint that I usually buy for $15. Not happy.
