I have used Holland Home Services for many years without a problem until now. Last year I booked a fall cleaning and at the same time booked a spring cleaning for May 1. The fall cleaning was not completed properly (they missed areas requested) and they did not show up for the May 1 cleaning. When I phoned today to find out what happened there was NO apology and simply 'the order didn't print out'. The person on the phone was impatient and not empathetic. I was advised that they could not get out any sooner than 7-14 days as it was their 'crazy busy season'. I asked if this could not be made a priority since they missed the appointment and was simply told - 'we'll put it in the Richmond booking with all the other orders'. Asked if they would confirm what date they'll come. Reply in a snarky voice 'we can certainly call you the day before if that's what you really want. Ok? Byeee'. Nice.
