I booked furnace cleaning with Acclaimed and mentioned to the person organizing the booking (Jessica I think -- very helpful) that the condensation pump by my furnace did not sound quite right. So we booked a service call for that too. Ed came out and found the problem immediately. He was so pleasant, courteous, organized and knowledgeable. I would gladly have paid to replace the pump entirely -- and when I do have to, I will definitely go through Acclaimed. But Ed was able to replace just one small part and get the pump working again.
You know when you pay for a service of some kind and you're sort of bracing yourself for when something goes wrong? With Acclaimed so far , nothing goes wrong! I am looking forward to the furnace cleaning now too!
