Hi Tim. While acknowledging your right to voice concerns, we feel content that this matter was dealt with in a professional and timely matter and was resolved in your favor. While we did not feel the damage was our fault we paid for the damages anyways – in good faith. We also took the time to hear your concerns in person and responded to your complaints with the CPS and BBB. Our last review of your account shows that you were charged as quoted, and the service was completed to your expectations. I am sorry that you do not share a sense of resolution here.
