Sunshine Carpet measurements were incorrect by 25 %.( they measured more)
The product ( laminate ) was defected. They charged me for 1/4 quarter rounds $ 2.00 per foot! When I checked the price for the same quality 1/4 quarter rounds ( unfortunately I did it after the floor installation),it was only 0.75c - 0.86c per foot at different hardware stores.
The sale rep (LeeAnn) was very unprofessional.
Stay away from this company.

Had 950 sq ft of luxury vinyal plank installed in March 2017. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly sales agent. Installers very pollite and respectful of belongings. No complaints. I Will go back for any future flooring needs.

Worst company I have ever dealt with!! Leanne is a horrible sales rep and super rude!! I had to have my floors replaced due to what Leanne said to me was that I bought cheap flooring! Which I only had like 2 products to choose from! Pretty sure you should never tell a costumer you sold them cheap product!! Turns out the floor was a manufacturer defect! So they were replace! Now I have new flooring in and I have about 10-20 prices of the floor moving! Not installed properly or they sold me another cheap product! I contacted Leanne April 1st and she said she would have someone come in.. Guess what no one showed so I called her back in sept (due to I was busy and just thought they would call or come) and asked what's going on or did you forget? And her response was "ya"!! So now I'm still dealing with my insurance company about this situation and sunshine wants no part in fixing there problem!! I have 1 to 2 inch gaps in my floor and have had my 3 year old son tripped and fall because my floors are separating!! So now it's a safety concern! So they don't care about their customers nor their products or how they install their stuff!! I am not the only person that has said never use or go to sunshine carpet and now I see why!! So please save your money and the headache and go with a different company other then sunshine carpet!! Horrible Horrible company and staff!!

The service was extremely friendly and helpful, Sunshine flooring was recommended to me and was told they were very quick with orders. This turned out to be incorrect.
I ordered my backsplash 3 weeks before we were planning on starting the installation. When ordering I was told 10 feet were not in the warehouse and would take a little longer, I was told it would take a week and a half. Two weeks later I had not heard and had to call myself for an update, the final ten feet was not there and they had no idea when it would be coming in. They were unapologetic at first and the rest of the order definitely was not going to be in within the three weeks since ordering. I was clearly disappointed so they did end up finding a contractor to borrow ten feet of the same tile from, so we were able to get everything done by Christmas. I recently received a voice mail letting me know the final ten feet arrived 4 weeks after the date I ordered.
I was disappointed with the lack of communication and wish they would have given me the heads up it could possibily be up to four weeks until my full order came in, then I would have gone somewhere else to ensure I had everything on time.
Although they were friendly and helpful in the end, I would not order from Sunshine again or recommend.

We purchased tile for our kitchen backsplashed. The people were very helpful finding something we liked. The tile came in fast and it went up beautiful. It looks very rich for a decent price. Thank you
