The work being done was needed. I liked that Denis explained quite thoroughly what needed to be done and why. On top of that he was friendly. He also gave me ideas on what to do about our dehumidifier and Radon mitigation. Denis was quite knowledgeable about these things and I appreciate it. Thank you
