Weston Hardwood Design Centre

I was referred to this company by a prominent home building company that uses their service. I found their workmanship for the most part to be good and they also disposed of carpeting. However they were 16 linear feet short of trim but eventually got back after about one week to finish the job. Overall sales staff and workers were friendly and accommodating.

Great service great quality of workmanship have used them for my whole house and also our families. Would highly recommend. Frank and staff are great, they completed our house in hardwood approximately 3000sq ft handscraped wood by vintage.

A repair was done on the hardwood flooring in October 2015. The workman Gary, a great guy and very knowledgeable mentioned that there would be a warranty of one year should any issues arise out of the repair which it did. The company refuses to honor the warranty stating that I was mistaken and that the warranty is one year from installation and not from the repair date. Which company does a repair and not offer a warranty??

Got the hardwood floor installed through. Overall the work was done well. Also needed after sales service, promptly got the hardwood change but after few months seeing some scratches.

The sales sold me 1298sqf hardwood and I got maximum 1100 delivered. He only picked up his phone after a week and 3 voicemails. He then says I signed the invoice and it is black and white. I told him that it was not realistic to go through 50 bundles and hundreds of pieces to calculate. The deal should also be based on some level of trust. He said that I should know that in business world no one should trust no one. I don't agree with that. The only one you couldn't trust is THIS company.

The customer service was great, and the they had a great selection. They were patient and had practical advice and decorating tips. The prices were reasonable, even without sales. I would recommend them to anyone!
