I am so glad we ignored the bad reviews, our experience was excellent! The new owners that took over really care about providing the best service for the best price and it really shows. I went into this place about a year ago and you can just feel the difference. Highly recommend the store for any of your electronic repairs as they seem to do it all!

The magnetron had gone in my year-old microwave. Took it to Digitronics, Kelowna. They contacted Panasonic, got the part sent out and fixed it. No charge! They were polite and helpful and quickly informed when it was ready.

Great place to go. Would recommend. Friendly staff. Very homey. Cute puppy. Would definitely recommend to go to this place if you are needing something to get fixed. If not then they would know who to recommend

Samsung sent two repair guys from here to my house. Very rude. They were ticked off that I didn't have my tv off the wall ready to go I think, even though Samsung assured me that is their job to take it down. The one guy says, 'so you gonna help?' when there are already two of them there. I looked at him and said aren't you guys the repairmen? He yelled back, 'EXCUSE ME?!' They spent the next ten minutes arguing with me on how they have no idea how the TV comes down from the wall. I explained it's a simple hook (like most mounts-these guys are supposed to know their products?) but it wasn't good enough. I left the room to call Samsung and the one guy said to the other, 'You see any damage? No? OK lets go.' and they left. I am escalating this through Samsung and will never allow this company under my roof again.

My old TV needs fixing the sound and as I'm a Senior I can't bring the TV to their store to fix and the staff were kind enough to offer to pick it up .

Live in Kelowna for 30 yrs. And I have used this Co.in the past , that's why, they were the first place I called to fix my TV .

I took this receiver to their shop on 21 June and was told they would be able to diagnose the problem by Mon. or the next Mon. I called in early July and was told someone was actually looking at it now and they would call me. Today, 15 July, I went into the shop and was told the parts to fix it "might" cost around $200. They told me it would work "intermittently". As soon as I plugged in the receiver, the same warning light came on immediately. Now the receiver will not power off. Would not recommend this business based on my experience.

We have a Samsung plasma TV that was having flickering problems. He gave us an estimate of $198 which was very reasonable. When we picked up the TV he said he was not absolutely sure that the issue was solved but he does warranty his work. The TV worked better but still had some intermittent flashing. I called back and he sent his truck to our house in Oliver to pick the TV up. He replaced several other circuit board at no charge and now the TV works just fine. Excellent service.

These guys took a week to process my order and send out a part. They don't answer their email promptly and when they do answer it's like two or three words. Just poor customer service overall. Additionally the part I received showed damage on the capacitors and did not seem to work so I ended up sending back for a refund. I sent away the parcel, paid for shipping and insurance and emailed a photo of the receipt with a tracking number and they are still making me wait until they get the part back before they give me my money.

I had a gentleman come to my house and repair what I thought A big problem, and ended up being a small issue, that Shaw did not want to come and fix. the representative told me how to fix the issue if it should happen again n the near future, and only charged me the service call, rather then a complete order of money. I was happy, & will recommend this company to my friends.
