Ram Cleaning Services Ltd

We were quoted (by Connie) at Ram $198+ GST for a 5 room package including 1 flight of stairs. We signed & paid for the agreed upon price. 5 rooms only were cleaned. The cleaner Dan called in our credit card number to Holly. I thought it strange that such a large company wouldnt equip their service people with electronic machines in which to insert your credit card.
End result. When I received my credit card statement Ram had charged my account $50 more than the agreed upon amount.
I called Holly after receiving the extra $50 charge. I politely explained my concern to her. She hung up on me.
The cleaning itself was satisfactory.
