Excellent job, very please with the workmanship. Very professional as well as good communication to ensure all needs are fulfilled

Can 3 weeks prior to do install and did measuring. We picked out styles etc week before. Intall was done all in one day and he came back next morning to do minor cleanup and adjustments. Done to perfection.

Alon was excellent in his communication and always being punctual when it came to timing. Because he used to be an installer himself he was able to answer all my questions in detail to my satisfaction, making the best recommendations possible when it came to the type of windows to be installed.

The installers called each time to confirm that I was home before they came over. And it was the same installer to take the measurements for the window who came back to do everything.

They worked very quickly and efficiently while removing the old windows right through to installing the new ones and clean up was very thorough.

The installers showed me how to operate the windows properly and after showing me a wrongly installed handle from the manufacturer came back the very next morning to replace it with the proper part.

I appreciate the fact that it was always Alon that I spoke to and that he never referred me to anyone else, assuring me that he would answer any questions or concerns with the utmost accuracy.

I highly recommend both Alon and Aurora Windows and Doors to anyone that is looking for a small window replacement project to a full house with sliding doors and the whole nine yards.

Great service - from both sales person and installation team. Replaced windows and doors with no incident and no mess. Installers were on time and very courteous. All mess and debris was cleaned up after each window install.

I can't even begin to express how thrilled I am with the people from Aurora after having all the windows and doors replaced in our home! Alon was truly amazing. He sat down with my husband and myself, went through different options and explained all the pro's and con's of our choices.

The crew was great, they worked quickly but made sure every little detail was perfect. And they never gave the impression that myself or either of my young (and very curious) children were an inconvenience when we did need to access a room they were working in (or when my son decided to check out what they were up to in his room!)

The work was great, the people were great, and I can not stress enough that if you need anything done go to Aurora!

Everyone from Aurora Windows and Doors were professional, pleasant and easy to deal with! The installation was quick but no detail was overlooked. The installers took the time to complete every finish detail to make our new door look amazing! We are very impressed with quality, workmanship and professionalism. We will be using them for any future work we may need.

-did not arrive until 11am so they were still installing until nearly 10pm with only 2 people in the team
-replaced interior window proper trim moldign with flat wood pieces, not "molded" trim
- left caulking containers and metal cut pieces on the ground outside window

From the initial sale by Alon to the installation, everything was done very professionally. They were easy to work with when it came to determining our needs, and the installation of the products was superb. Even my contractor who was doing renos at my house at the same time as the Aurora installation commented on how good a job they did. I would purchase from then again in the future.
