Aurora Windows & Doors

These guys at Aurora windows and doors are the only company I will ever use and will ever recommend!!!! They were very professional and paid every attention to detail. My old window and door (10 years old) were builder grade junk. The guys at Aurora came in removed the old ones installed the new ones and when they were done I couldn't tell if they were even there except for the beautiful door and windows!!!...best of all thier price was the best!!!!!...

We ordered a door from Aurora which we were told it would be 10-12 weeks and it was available in 8 weeks. Felix is one of the happiest nicest people I've dealt with in a long time. His two workers that came to install the door were right on time from wehn they said (between 1 and 3 and they showed up at 1:15). Took them 4 hours to install and it looks absolutely beautiful, we couldn't be happier.
The noise from the street was cut down severely. We got a top of the line fiberglass door with a 3 point locking system, very sturdy and solid. They capped the header for me in the same trim and there was no mess left behind. Thanks again to Felix and his crew, fantastic job. We would recommend them to anyone and will be using them again in the future to replace some windows.

Right from beginning consultation to installation we were kept well informed, receiving periodic check-ins by Alon. The gentlemen installers were friendly and did an excellent job. After receiving 5 quotes to replace all the windows in our home we decided to go with Aurora Windows. Sofia, was very patient and helpful and worked with us so that the windows met our needs at a price we could afford all while working within the GreenON rebate guidelines.

The window installation went great - the installers were professional, courteous and respectful. Friends told us to expect a lot of dust from the installation and to cover just about everything in the house - that wasn't really necessary. Everything was left even cleaner than it was before. We were very impressed.

I was seeking new front doors and Patio doors for my house and my neighbour 2 doors down from me just had new front doors installed by Aurora windows and Doors, and I had to ask my neighbour how was their experience with Aurora Windows and Doors, and they highly recommended them. So I decided to give them a call and went to their Oshawa showroom and my neighbours were right. The service was great from begging to end with the salesperson, all the installers and all staff at the showroom. They were very friendly helpful and caring to all your needs.
The installers were very careful and very professional and paid great attention to details while installing the doors. You can tell they were very experienced at what they do. They even followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the job they had done. A great experience like this is hard to find these days. Thank you very much Felix and thank you to all the installers for another great job! I would definitely recommend Aurora Windows and Doors to anyone that is seeking new doors or windows.
I absolutely love my new doors. You can really see the quality in their work and the quality of the doors. What a difference! It's so nice to know that their are some companies out there that really do care about customer service and satisfaction. Like I mentioned before very rare these day.

Original windows needed replacing. Aurora provided a prompt and reasonable quotation and fitted the new windows within six weeks. Expertly done - no concerns or issues.
