(5+ Stars) I purchased a wall bed from BOFF Toronto back in March 2016 and had them install it in my basement and I absolutely love it. Now it's January 2021 and it still looks like new. I was in a bit of a jam and needed the bed moved to another room in the basement ASAP so I called up Marco at BOFF Wall beds in Toronto and I asked if it was possible to move it for me at the earliest date possible. Marco called me right back and was able to send Lorenzo the installer, over to move it for me the very next day. WOW! talk about fast service. Lorenzo was very professional and very knowledgeable and he went over and beyond what he needed to do. He took great care moving and re-installing the wall bed just in time for me to get back to my work. Over all I had a great experience from BOFF since the very first time I entered the store back in March 2016 and even till now, 5 years later. The bed has held up very well all this time with no issues at all. Great quality and great service, this is what I wish all companies would stand up too. I was seeking new front doors and Patio doors for my house and my neighbour 2 doors down from me just had new front doors installed by Aurora windows and Doors, and I had to ask my neighbour how was their experience with Aurora Windows and Doors, and they highly recommended them. So I decided to give them a call and went to their Oshawa showroom and my neighbours were right. The service was great from begging to end with the salesperson, all the installers and all staff at the showroom. They were very friendly helpful and caring to all your needs. The installers were very careful and very professional and paid great attention to details while installing the doors. You can tell they were very experienced at what they do. They even followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the job they had done. A great experience like this is hard to find these days. Thank you very much Felix and thank you to all the installers for another great job! I would definitely recommend Aurora Windows and Doors to anyone that is seeking new doors or windows. I absolutely love my new doors. You can really see the quality in their work and the quality of the doors. What a difference! It's so nice to know that their are some companies out there that really do care about customer service and satisfaction. Like I mentioned before very rare these day. Thanks again guys! John
