The premature degradation of the roofing material was an unforeseen circumstance and we do sympathize with your situation. Please understand that when we purchased the product from our distributor, we believed it to be of very high quality and one that could be relied on. Issues such as these are not limited to a single shingle manufacturer. Most of the major manufacturers have had a class action suits launched against them for similar concerns resulting from the process in which shingles were manufactured in that time frame. Regrettably this has resulted in shingle warranty claims for homeowners.
