Four years ago, as I was having computer problems. I decided to call my favorite "tekky", Mike, at A Laptop Shoppe Inc in Calgary. In addition to answering my questions, Mike started suggesting some features on a new machine that I might like to have in the future. Of course, I was in agreement with his recommendations - he made it sound SO good. We ended our discussion and I practically forgot about it until a month later, the postman delivered this box from Calgary to my door. Much to my surprise, it was an ACER Aspire All-in-One Desktop computer!!! What a machine... all set up with Win7, etc - plug and play. I am a very satisfied customer - thanks to Mike's patience and the expertise he demonstrated throughout this consultation. Thank you is not enough in appreciation for this quick long distance response to my computer ailments. The ACER 'PUTER has been humming along all this time - and it has served me very well working the numerous hours assembling my digital pictures into presentations. What a great machine for a 'lil ole lady approaching her eighties. ;-) Thank you Mike, for improving my digital hobby! To me price has less importance than the kind service-support I received.
