Grand Park Self Storage

Over charged. This place charged me $140/month for a 5x5 unit. I must admit the facility IS very clean. But the management evicted me after 2 weeks. They accused me of working on my vehicle and told me that they are taking off my 24 hour access ( gave me business hour access only) and they wouldn't be renewing my monthly lease. This all because I emptied the contents of my vehicle so that I could put what I didnt need in my locker and keep what I needed in my car. I am a mechanic, alot of the things in my car are tools(floor jack, jack stands, crawler, toolbox, etc ) The manager came up to me and without any previous conversation started yelling at me and threatening me with immediate expulsion. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone else. I moved my things out 3 days early and the manager was nice enough to hold the door for me(supervising my move out) I moved down the street and I pay under $40 for the first month the second and on
is only $77

I have been with this storage since 2014 and I have not seen any problem with the storage so far. The only problem I have is the charging plans. There should be a discount if we pay in advance or in yearly basis. they used to have this plan before when Frank was the manager.
Also would like to pay in monthly basis not in weekly basis. I used to pay monthly basis before, but now they charge weekly basis!!

We needed a place to store items while planning a move and to keep them safe until we were ready to retrieve them again. This facility is great. I arrived early on a Sunday morning and got a space right away. The facility is spotlessly clean, you can get climate controlled units, the staff is very helpful and the unit we had which was located indoors had a covered breezway which allowed us to load and unload in rainy weather without getting soaked.

We ended up staying longer than originally planned (no surprise to those who have moved) and they were great. They just charged me a weekly rate rather than a monthly one.

I would recommend the facility to anyone who needs to store items.
