Excel Homes

My experience with excel homes was amazing. They helped us out with any questions we had with no hassle. They were amazing with helping us get the papers signed for our house when they needed to be signed even with My Fiance working up north and being away many weeks at a time. They were quick responding to any emails or phone calls we had without any grief or making us wait for an answer! We have already recommend Excel home to many of our young friends looking to build or buy when their timing is there!! We are excited to be starting our new Family in the next week or so in our new beautiful Excel home, would be feeling like being home with our family without this beautiful home and neighbourhood we live in!!! We took possession of our new home in Heartland in February 2016.
The entire process was so exciting for us!! We had so many different options & upgrades we could choose from. We chose a front garage home and were very happy with the different layout selections and different price points. We had been looking at many home builders and kept our eye on the different prices. I have to say that Excel was the MOST well priced quality builder I could find!
We LOVE our home, and if we do have any minor problems, our site super, Nathan, is always so quick to resolve our issues.
The only thing that was hard for us, was waiting for our home to be built, but that's clearly not something they can help ;)

We took possession of our New home in Savanna about a month ago and it was such an easy process. Everything has been going good so far other than some minor issues which were resolved quickly. The sales staff was excellent and helpful with any questions we had, Andrew was very helpful and kind when dealing with us after we moved in. The weekly pictures of the house being built were good as we got to see how much progress was being made. Would highly recommend Excel homes to anyone considering building a home in Savanna.

From walking in the door of the show home to possession what an adventure. Love our Excel home. Loved working with Ellen and Lucy. Really appreciated the above and beyond customer service from these two. Our home was completed during the schedule we were given and even maybe sped up once they knew our current house was sold. Our warranty Rep has been prompt for any requests we have made. Great home, great service and enjoying our forever home.

We bought our first home from excelhome at Hillcrest sw of airdrie, we had the best experience ever, not like I thought I would, since friends and family don't have this amazing experience, ,,we are so lucky, sales team was great, I would do it all over again with excelhome. ....thanks guys

From the moment we walked into the showrooms we were floored. Their show homes were pleasant. The sales team were great, knowledgable, patient, and easy to work with. It was overall a pleasant experience, from start to finish. Way to go Heartland Excel!

The building process with Excel was great. Ellen and the sales team in Mahogany were wonderful, making sure they got us everything we wanted and had great promotions. The construction team was great at addressing any concerns we had during possession and the weeks following. We are very happy with our home and would recommend them to anyone wanting to build a new home.

The sales staff with Excel Homes in Heartland were such a pleasure to work with. They made purchasing our first home stress free. It was a great experience with everything upfront and no hidden fees, etc. We ran into a few bumps after moving in but everything was quickly addressed with their staff member responsible for warranty. We love the community of Heartland and are grateful for their help with this process!

My family moved to Heartland in Cochrane and have been very pleased with our dealings with Excel Homes. There have been a few fixes that needed attention and Miriam has been beyond wonderful to deal with. I love the customer support and friendliness of every Excel person I have dealt with. I would recommend anyone interested in building/buying to check out Excel Homes.
