Ellen Van Baren and Tarek Safradi were very helpful when I first signed my contract with Excel Homes and I wish they had stayed on right to the end before being moved to other projects. The house possession was on time and it is beautiful. Looking forward to spending memorable time in it. It's our very first brand new house!

We recently purchased an Excel Home in Mahogany and were blown away with the excellent customer service. We were greeted with smiling faces and never felt pressured into purchasing a home. Doug and Leon were so patient and understanding when going through the selection process and in the end, we walked out only feeling overwhelmed with excitement.

We were not only impressed by the great people that helped us in this process, but also in the quality of the home that we had purchased. I would 100% recommend this builder, but more than that, I would recommend that you meet Doug and Leon. They were pivotal in this decision and did not feel like salesmen. The community spoke for itself, while they facilitated everything else.

My recent experience with Excel Homes-Hillcrest has been nothing short of fantastic! I was impressed from the very start dealing with Codi and Charla at how personable, honest and professional they were. I also had the pleasure of working closely with Jamie, David and Will. Their professionalism, timeliness and willingness to go above and beyond was remarkable. That said, everyone with whom I have had the pleasure of dealing with at Excel has made this new home purchase experience a very favorable one. This home is not my first new home purchase experience, but by far stands out as one of the very best.

My husband and I moved into heartland in Cochrane three months ago and have been very happy with our new home. The whole experience with Excel Homes from looking to purchasing to moving has been very easy and enjoyable. Charla and Marica were so friendly and always put in extra effort to ensure we were 100% satisfied throughout the whole process: all questions and concerns were answered in a very quick timely manner. Also, Miriam from the Customer Care warranty team was super-efficient and always exceeded our expectation. We would definitely recommend Excel Homes to my friends and family.

My husband and I recently relocated our family to Alberta from British Columbia. We met Charla on our first day of house hunting and she showed us two properties, both of which we were very impressed with. Throughout the purchasing phase both Charla and Marika kept us up to date and informed easing the stress of this time. We have been in our new home for just over a week now and love it! The house is quality built and there are many features that we just couldn't find in any other homes we viewed. Since moving in, all of the Excel workers in the neighborhood have made us feel very welcome and taken care of.

We just moved into our new home in Sunset Ridge in Cochrane. Angela and Allsion were fantastic to deal with. There was never any pressure and they were very open and honest with us. They were excellent at answering all our questions no matter how trivial they seemed.
The Home Orientation with Rick was great. He was amazing and so informative.
Our house was ready exactly when they promised it would be and we are very happy that it is Built Green.
The day we were moving in we noticed a few things and Yosef came to fix them up immediately. They were not big things but the immediate attention was fantastic.
We are very happy with our new home for our family. I would definitely recommend Excel and the team we worked with.

Me & Ben bought/built our first ever home with Excel homes Hartland in Cochrane AB. Neither of us had been through the experience of building or buying a house. Everything was soo easy. Charla our Excel sales representative was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. She was not at all pushy when it came to upgrades and even help us stay within our budget. Excel helped us to build our dream home. When we started building Nathan our construction supervisor made sure we got to see ever step of the building process. Our home even ended up being completed ahead of schedule. We love everything about our new house. Now that we have moved in they also have been very accommodating. We needed a couple of minor fixes and they corrected them right away. Thank you Excel Homes, Charla & Nathan.

I am a contractor and have seen many many poor home builders in Calgary and I can honestly say that Excel is not one of them. I would highly recommend them. Only critique, communication.

In May 2016, my boyfriend and I bought our house in Heartland in Cochrane. With our timeline, we decided to purchase a Spec home, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. As the spec was near completion when we bought it, we were unable to make any changes or upgades to our home. With that said, the amount of thought that went into the design and upgrades to the house was incredible. We wouldn't have changed anything even if we could have. Our house was finished and move in ready when they said it would be. The team at the sales center has been amazing to deal with, as well has the site superintendent. He stops in from time to time to see how everything is going and if we need anything.

I'd definitely recommend buying from Excel. We've had a wonderful experience, and my boyfriend and I have spoken about it, and decided when we are ready to buy again, we will be going through Excel!

I had wanted to look at a used place for sale, in Heartland in Cochrane but the guy was being difficult with scheduling, My realtor contacted Charla and we were looking at a Townhouse in Heartland two days later! Everyone was great, checked the place out for over an hour and put a deposit down that day, Charla and Marika were great to deal with and had everything explained clearly for me! I could not be happier, being my first purchase and brand new I am really pleased. I will def recommend Excel to friends!
