Excel Homes

I think the value for money for the basic home is decent, but the process of building the house was painful!!! The construction process was 4 months longer then the commitment, with NO communication about the delays! I did not even know what color was approved for my home until the siding was put up! I am still (at the end of summer after living here for 3 months already) waiting for a driveway...I only have a hole in front of my house.
I would not recommend Excel and will probably not use them again
