The sales person (Luc) was very rude....in fact, he is the rudest sales person i have ever encountered...and i like everyone & i am very easy to please. I purchased an Excel Home & will definitely not recommend this builder....Too bad i already signed the PA :(
They are only nice in the beginning, but after signing they will treat you like trash.
Again, Luc was/is very rude.
