We dealt with Cody at DOT, and he was extremely helpful. He showed us around the entire showroom, describing the pros and cons of each patio set. We ended up buying the same patio furniture that he himself owns - he recommended it to us even though it was nowhere near the most expensive set in the showroom, and we really appreciated his honesty and first-hand experience with the furniture. DOT is really interesting because a lot of the furniture goes together, even if it isn't technically part of the same set. We know that in the future if we want to add 'pieces' to our set (e.g., side tables, rocker/swivel chairs, etc.) we will be able to go back and find something that matches. THe case iron furniture is so durable that we were told it doesn't even need to be covered in the winter - and it still has a 10 year warranty.

I have not been to other DOT locations, only this one, but I can tell you that I would most definitely recommend this particular location to anyone who is looking for an exceptional experience all around. This location is a family-run operation, and we dealt with 2 different members of the family (on 2 different days, as we looked around for weeks) who were both equally knowledgable and helpful. We ended up buying a 5 piece patio set that is exceptionally made and has a warranty of 10 years. We were not at all pressured into anything we didn't want/need (in fact, when we described our sun patterns in our backyard, we were DIScouraged from buying an umbrella because we likely wouldn't need it). I can't tell you how please we were with this store - we would return again in a heartbeat and have recommended them to friends a number of times. I would give 100 stars if I could!
