Had new hardwood and carpet installed in entire house. Installation was a nightmare, ran out of product, caused a minro flood when the fridge water line was damaged, forgot to put in the ducts, poor baseboard installation after install of hardwood, looks very shabby, many holes left unfilled. Carpet has flaws and stair carpet installation is very shoddy. Hardwood actually has one piece that has broken and cracked
Owner pleasant enough but seems unwilling to come and actually see the issues and provide repairs in a timely fashion.
Now awaiting a reply from the carpet manufacturer as to replacement
This install was started 5 months ago and I am still not happy with the job that was done.
It's not that they made a mistake, anybody can have that happen, it's how they have failed to address the issues that is the concern

Lakeview immediately scheduled a service call on your Carpet once you addressed your concern & once the installer deemed it to be a Manufacturer defect. Lakeview then had the manufacturer come to assess the issue. Claims on defective material can be a drawn out process but we always look at moving things forward in a positive direction given the inconvience of such factors. I can ensure you that all concerns will be dealt with and completed so you can once again enjoy the new products that you have purchased.
