This company is not worth your time.. Extremely disorganized, slow moving, not looking after the best interests of their customers (would rather compile a quote to satisfy the insurance companies they partner with - ie, miss damage, not inspect properly). DO NOT put your trust in this company!

Lydale assigned by insurance company to restore damage caused by water leak. Initially impressed. Workers have done a good job. But now over five months out and still much to be done. Seems problem with scheduling as often we are told workers will, or probably will, show up on specific dates but not show without any notice. Other times workers show up without any notice. Sub-standard service and quality of workmanship by cabinet installer engaged by Lydale, but other sub-trades have done a good job to date.

We had a fire in our garage, and, at first, I was impressed....but, sadly, that did not last long. Failed the electrical inspection,we lost power, in the house, after the inspection....still havent passed...worried sick we are all gonna go up in smoke...the adjuster will only work with this crew...the items that were 'cleaned' were left outside exposed to the elements since Aug 1 2014...complained to my own Broker who got the ball rolling again....only to come to a complete halt....We absolutely refuse to work with this crew...they left their own personal garbage and cigarette butts strewn in my driveway....made promises etc etc etc....I could go on and on .... I honestly dont know what to do....this has caused needless stress to both of us...I have rearranged my work schedule to accommodate them, but they never showed up after giving them the thousand dollar deductible cheque...sigh....this is what I pay insurance for....

Lydale was engaged by my insurance company to make repairs to our home following the summer 2012 hail storm in Calgary. In addition to that work, we also hired them to make other exterior improvements to our home. Unfortunately their workmanship and customer service has been awful. The list of deficiencies is a long one (damage roof sheathing, damaged shingles, leaking troughs, metal cladding that blew off in the wind, faulty wiring of exterior lighting). The job manager Randy, was big on promises but never followed through missing multiple appointments and being generally elusive when dealing with us and our insurance company. It is now March 2014 and our insurance claim is still outstanding. To top it all off, in-spite of multiple requests for a conversation/meeting with the Calgary office manager he has never contacted us. We remain totally disappointed!
