Very professional, installation was fast and on time. They have an excellent product that we are very happy with.

From my initial contact to the completion of the project, everyone was professional and skilled. I highly recommend this company.

Our built in shelf unit it the perfect piece to finish off out basement. With several shelves to display family pictures an other momentoms. However the best part of all would be the bottom half with doors to hide all the toys!

I needed a small space that would work for all my needs. Janet came in provided drawings and a quote and the end result was pretty decent overall for the space we had to work with!!

Work was done well but a pole was cut incorrectly and I needed to book another appointment to get it installed which was going to take over a week.

I had difficulties getting a call back from anyone to rectify the problem. The sales lady who was very accommodating and professional didn’t call me back after a few calls.

Eventually I spoke with the service manager who assured me the install would be on a particular date a week later. No one came. He was very humble and apologetic but didn’t have another appointment for over a week again. I asked the bar be dropped off and I installed it myself.

Over all not great a great experience and as such I’d hesitate to call again.

Te multitude of requests for feedback does show a genuine concern.

Sales rep (Tracy) was great listening to our requests and giving input to create what we visualized. Installer was excellent, professional and friendly. Work was done efficiently and areas were left clean.

I am very happy with this company as a whole and especially our designer, Pamela! She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and providing an number of suggestions to maximize the space. I was very impressed. The install went well and Sue in the office was always available to answer any questions. I will be ordering more organizers from this company.

We called and had a fantastic designer come to our home and go over exactly what we wanted in our MB closet which included 2 dressers so that we could remove our dressers from the MB and give us more room. The designer gave us exactly what we wanted and even offered some great suggestions and discounts.

The installer was polite, and very good at his job. He did a fantastic job. We are so very pleased by this company's representatives and their work, we have recommended them many times to friends and neighbors and would gladly use them again.
