Plumbing & Parts Home Centre In Pickering has awesome products and service. This is our second bathroom renovation, where We did all our shopping at Plumbing and Parts!! The staff are very knowledgeable and helped educate us to select the best products for our home. We were able to purchase a beautiful custom vanity built just to our specifications. The products arrived as scheduled and delivered just in time to start our renovation. There really is no better bathroom place to shop!!! Judith & Dean

We had to replace our shower stall, and PPHC was so helpful in showing us products that would solve our problems. They didn't try to push their most expensive products, and they listened to what the issue was and offered up helpful advice. We have dealt with a few of their employees in our many visits, and all of them were very knowledgeable and helpful. A wonderful store with great employees!

High end products, very knowledgeable staff. We have bought products from this store to do our kitchen and bathroom renovation. When we had problems with our water pump at the cottage, they were helpful in letting us know what to buy and even made a stand to place the water pump onto in the water. It's really a one stop shop for the do it yourself or contractor.

This is my second time buying Maxx shower doors from plumbing and parts and i have been happy both times. Very friendly/knowledgable staff with no pressure to buy. We purchased our doors before our house closed and they kept ours aside till we were ready for them. We were missing one part during the install and they put one aside for me same day to make sure the install was completed. Selection is good and the store layout makes it easy to browse their products.

The service was very good it was done when they said it would be they also cleaned up after them selfs I had people come in a also got them to work

An excellent selection of bathroom fixtures and accessories, al assembled and on display making for easy comparisons, allowing you to decide what you weant or need. Staff there to answer any questions but don't get in your way as you browse. They also follow up on any complaints or concerns you may have.

This is my go to stores for all my plumbing needs the guys there are all so knowledgable on everything we need for all our renos. The Spruce Tree has been dealing with them for years and we enjoy the service and special attention they pay to our clients, if I send a client there, I know David and Gary will treat them well.

The product selection (we were shopping for bathtubs) is beautiful. The store layout is very well done, and the moment my husband and I entered the store, we were aided by a sales clerk. I was able to choose the bathtub I liked, discussed very reasonable financing options with the sales clerk, as well as how we were going to install the bathtub. Sales was a pleasure to deal with and even reduced the tub and installation cost by 10% after some negotiating. The personnel there appear to be experts and know their product very well. Overall, shopping at this store was a pleasurable experience. The tubs there are so so lovely, you'll wish you could purchase them all (if you had unlimited $$).

We Renovated our ensuite bath with Plumbing And Parts. Right from the moment we walked in to the store, we were greeted by their courtious staff who gave us a tour of the store and the items they sell. They were very patient as we decided on the items we wanted and the items that fit into our space. Our order arrived on time and complete for our install, they were even very kind with some after sales knowledge that we had requested. Will do my next reno with Plumbing And Parts Home Centre!!!

It started out as a small reno project - just new counter and taps but it quickly grew to include upgraded cupboards and backsplash. Terry suggested Moen faucets that were a bit out of our budget but looked really good. The small subway tile on the backsplash was accented with the odd blue and yellow tile. Very smart looking.
