I had purchased carpet from this company many years ago and the carpet layer they recommended was fabulous. I then returned many years later to National Carpet Mills and purchased carpet and underlay. The carpet layer they recommended to me hired a man who was a drug user to be his assistant, John, the main carpet layer, hardly did anything. They tried to keep the extra carpet and underlay that I paid for. Wanted to be paid in cash. Very poor service.

One guy did the whole building in two days, replacing all the carpets on three stories, including the stairs. The price was excellent for the quality and speed of his installation. He left the place clean and tossed all the bits in the garbage at the end.
