We really enjoy our crown mouldings and wainscotting. It adds a lot to a room and to the home. These folks were professional, but for the cost, I expected their work to be seamless. Frank, one of the owners, is a great guy - very friendly and I felt he was trustworthy. The mouldings are great - a few gaps between a few of the joined pieces, but generally done well, however, I wasn't totally pleased with the wainscotting. Firstly, we weren't really told exactly how the boxes would be positioned down our front hall [which is very long] and dining room. I was expecting large boxes, but we ended up with small ones that look a bit too busy. I didn't even think to ask but they should have been more specific when doing the quote. Some of the ends weren't cleaned up enough either -we did some of our own sanding to get it to be smooth enough to paint over. These are minor things, true, but like I said, while they weren't the most expensive quote we received, they weren't the cheapest either and I expected a close to perfect job for the money we fronted.
This is not a criticism of the company, just a fact: if you are thinking of doing this in your home, be prepared for one big mess to clean up afterwards. If you have the option of completing this in a home before you move in you'll save yourself a lot of headache.
