I'd like to give out a huge shout out to Riti Glass for replacing a glass panel in one of my wall double oven doors. We have had this built-in double oven since 2010, unfortunately one of the glass panels in the lower door door shattered when we removed the door to clean it. When I called the manufacturer, they informed me there was nothing they could do as they no longer have the parts this model. I call several oven repair services they also advised if the parts were no longer available, they could not fix it. On a whim, I reached out to Riti Glass, I spoke to Sukh who understood my frustration and told me to bring in the door and she would see what they could do. Sukh and her team were amazing, within 3 weeks they had installed a new heat resistant glass panel into our oven door. I am very grateful for their help and excellent customer service, plus they saved us thousands of dollars as we did not have to buy a whole new double wall oven!!!
