We had a problem with RO water supply which simply stopped. When Richard came, he not only fixed it but also educated us on why it happened and what to do next time it happens. He was very knowledgeable in the area of plumbing and was very helpful and willing to share his knowledge.

Richard, the repair tech, was able to quickly identify and replace the necessary parts of our water softener system. In addition, he explained in detail what he was doing and why the original parts may have failed. He also conducted some further testing to determine that another area of the system was not functioning as it should. He removed the debris and the unit returned to full function. He then retested to ensure everything was working properly before leaving. His work was efficient and his demeanour was professional and pleasant. Kudos to Richard!
