Lincoln Exterior Renovations

We had over 30 windows replaced last summer and we can't say enough about the product, the workmanship, and the service provided. Brandon was extremely patient as we poured over the details of the quote ensuring they met our needs and they delivered. We requested a later installation date and they were happy to accommodate us. Jerry and his daughter did a great job removing the old windows and installing the new ones. They make sure everything was covered up before starting any work and cleaned up afterwards each day. They took care of any deficiencies we found to make sure we were happy with the work. Lincoln even coordinated the staining and lacquering of the oak casing afterwards so we didn't need to find a painter. The painter did a great job matching the existing woodwork and even painted entire walls so it wouldn't look patched . After the installation, we found some awning windows that didn't quite close properly. Brandon showed up and adjusted the windows himself. It's been about 6 months since the windows were installed and we're very happy with how they performed keeping the heat out in the summer and heat in in the winter.

A couple years earlier, we had Hardie siding installed through Lincoln. Again, the crew did a great job and it still looks good after a few years of weathering.

Unbelievable work, really good craftsmanship. Super friendly guys and kept in touch with us from beginning to end. They took the time to go over all options as to how he look would be, and advised when we were unsure. The clean up was really good afterward as well. Highly recommend them!

The work was done in a timely manner. The men were respectful. The project manager took time to make sure I knew what was happening and why. Lincoln was also very accessible and made sure I was happy with the work.

The project was costed appropriately, the project plan was followed including start date, installation team was very professional. Follow up upon completion and any issues were addressed immediately. Super satisfied with the overall outcome and experience.

I met Brandon at the Home Show in Calgary back in January. We discussed replacing our front windows and he was extremely helpful in guiding us to choose the right windows for our needs. Brandon was the only vender at the show that seemed to really care and spent a great deal of time with us then as well coming to our home to take specs and gave us a very good quote for the service.
The installation crew where exceptional, professional and very personal. They had our windows installed in no time and left the work area so clean you wouldn't think anything had been done. ( thanks Jerry )

The work was done in a timely way. Workmanship was good and the Lincoln people were a pleasure to interact with. The work was done right the first time and the only corrections needed were minor adjustments to 2 windows. The work site was was nicely cleaned up when the work was completed. Before the commencement of work we had to make choices with regard to styles and types of materials. Lincoln was able to provide good practical advice that helped us to get what we needed and wanted. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that some of the work qualified for provincial rebates and that Lincoln would apply for those rebates on our behalf. Overall dealing with Lincoln was a satisfying experience.

I hired Lincoln Building Products Ltd. to replace my 20+ year roof - I experienced some substantial hail damage last year. What really impressed me with Lincoln Building is that they were able to quickly add me to the queue (in under 2 weeks). When it came time to complete the work they hired 5 gentlemen, showed up at 9 AM and worked for 5 hours to complete the work. The roof was done within the same day, and the eavestrough a couple of days after. Overall I was quite impressed with how quickly the work was completed, and the quality. They didn't rush, but rather just simply had a lot of people available to work on this project to complete it quickly.

They did a great job at cleaning up, even though we did find a few roofing nails on our lawn. I contacted Lincoln to let them know about the nails and within a few hours they had a crew searching for nails! Great response and dedication to customer satisfaction!

I contacted Lincoln for a quote which was provided to me immediately. I did negotiate with Freddie who was extremely flexible and also offered to complete the job within about a weeks time, weather dependent of course. The materials arrived on Friday as he mentioned, and the roofers completed the job an entire day before he said he would even start.

The crew were very nice, although didn't speak much English...but we're diligent about keeping the work site safe and cleaned everything up once the job was complete!

I wish every experience with trades was this fabulous!!!

I recently used Lincoln Building Products to replace my front and back doors and to replace a small window in my dining room with a a door and window (this was a big job!). From first helping me decide what I wanted to finishing the install, they are very knowledgeable and super professional. I am extremely satisfied with my new doors and everything looks better than I could have imagined.

This is the second time I have used Lincoln for a major renovation (last time they replaced all my windows, eaves and soffits) and I would highly recommend them.
