Mirrors & Glass review in Calgary

this company did a good job. Installed two large mirrors, shower doors, and two glass entryway to bathroom doors. I was happy w the final product but they need to work on communication skills w the customer. I would however, recommend them to others despite this. I have spoken w them and they will remedy this.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?

I don't have a problem w a company that admits they made a mistake and deals with it. I would not be writing that s review as a bad one had this companies employees apologized for these issues. Every time I spoke w them or they came to the home to repair/replace not once was there a simple apology for the inconvenience. As a customer this is key to my using them again or recommending them. They need to admit when their product was defective and APOLOGIZE. Simple as that and certainly not difficult
