I was locked out of my car and my dealership cut me keys that would not open my car. After the locksmith opened my door (and cut a key), we discovered my keys would work for the ignition (with a lot of jiggling), just not the door. Locksmith offered to only charge me for a call and open, and waive the cost of cutting the extra key. He then went over my two keys until they worked on door and ignition. 10/10, very professional, would recommend.

They sent someone out within an hour of my request. The lock gave him a lot of trouble, but he (I think his name was Chris) didn't give up or complain and got it finally opened. Also asked if I belonged to AMA and gave me a 10% discount for it. I wouldn't have known about that if he hadn't said something, so I appreciated that.

After doing some research, I found this company to be quite expensive. When we bought our home, the previous homeowner had this companies locks installed. I called to have the garage lock changed by All-Lock Rescue Ltd. The customer service agent that answered was not very friendly and did not seem interested in providing me a quote (dull, unenthusiastic about their service, didn't seem to care much about helping). The next time I called, I spoke to someone else and had a better experience.

I called them about the lock on my store's front door unlocking by itself. They came out within 2 hours and were very helpful. He found out what the problem was and fixed it on the spot. I felt the pricing was competitive and would hire them again.

We couldn't use the house key to get into the front door. The lock was jammed or broken. They sent someone to come over and look at the lock. Within a couple of minutes they have the door open for us. Very happy with service
