A $million kitchen turns to a joke in terms of Customer Service delivery.
From the start there were delays. Panels missing and then once panels arrived panels displaying faults that had to be taken away and sent back to us several times......For the money the kitchen should have been installed by the end of May 2013 in its entirety....and here we are almost May 2014, still in a pissing match with no one from Laryssen calling us back directly.....to satisfy us why there have been delays and why when panels were removed on this last occassion they were sent back without repair ....we've gone from being very happy about our initial purchase to very dissatisfied with the quality of workmanship and non-existent Customer Service....what a way to not stand by your product!
