We were blown away by the service, professionalism and quality of work of Brian and his team. From the beginning, Brian carefully listened to what we were looking for, never tried to push the sale and was extremely responsive. He often responded at all hours! He followed up on the job and ensured we were happy with everything. Robert installed our film and did a wonderful job. He was friendly, on-time and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Pre-Lock (and Brian and Robert) for security needs. After many frustrating experiences this year with renos, it was a relief to have such a positive one!
