We wish to acknowledge the great experience it was working with everyone involved with our 'transformation'. We were given excellent assistance in choosing the right look for our kitchen and ensuite .
Brent and Mike were very professional , personable and provided excellent installation and workmanship . They kept a very clean workplace .
Every time we walk into our kitchen or ensuite , it is amazing how great it is and how it has improved our home . We couldn't be happier and look forward to our next project with Granite Transformations .

Very efficient company: two men were sent in to template the counter areas; on installation day the same two experts did the "transformation", took about 5 hours from start to finish including all clean-up. Am getting a lot of positive reactions from neighbours and friends. The entire kitchen looks incredible after the job is finished!

I am extremely happy with this company and their product. Excellent sales consultation where the consultant really knew her product and had some really excellent advice. At no time did we feel pressured or over sold in fact we were given a gorgeous black granite double undermount sink free with our purchase of the counter. This product is 95% granite and 5% polymer. It has all the beauty, strength and durability of granite but it's real plus is that the counters are fabricated offsite and installed over existing counters. There is no demo and no mess. The very skilled installers were done in 6 hours or so and that included all plumbing and electrical. It has now been installed for at least six months and we have no scratches or other damage. This isn't a worry though because there is also a guarantee. This is really a super counter solution if you're not into tearing your whole kitchen apart.

they do not honour their warranty. i have a crack in my countertop and they refuse to replace it. The owner will not even come out and look at it!

p.s. i thought this product was not supposed to crack? interesting that he puts the blame on a 60 year old woman supposedly standing on my countertop. do not do business with this outfit. They certainly do not believe in making it right. As well he keeps saying he would send someone out to repair it when they charge for this and the first time it they came out it looked the same! BadBad Bad company.

UPDATE: Well they finally came back a second time to try and fix it again. (not numerous times like they wanted you to believe) At least it is not as noticeable anymore but It is still there. It was only after they offered to come back at no charge that I called them. One should not have to pay for something they are responsible for.

The sales representative took over three hours to go over everything with me in detail and was very helpful. I was not home during the installation of my counters but my roommate and tenant said that they were very professional, very courteous and very efficient. The clean up they did was exceptional and I love the results. I absolutely consider Granite Transformations a good value for my money and would not hesitate to recommend them. Granite Transformations are very lucky to have such a courteous, considerate, professional team of installers and James is above reproach.

Our design consultant was very helpful and knowledgeable. The installers where very good and left our home neat and clean. We are very pleased with the results and although the price was about the same as slab granite installation was done in a day and is a good value. I would recommend this product to others. Our counters look great and we are happy with the product and service.
