Cy was recommended to me and I'm glad I employed his firm to replace our furnace. He explained everything that was required, clearly and concisely. They did an exceptional job, all very neat and tidy. The system is working well. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of replacing their furnace to use spring home heating. Cy called me the day after installation to check everything was done to my satisfaction. All in all a top fella who cares and whose company performs a solid job.

I originally met George several years ago when he first came to inspect and service my A/C unit. He was very friendly and honest. He was kind enough to fix a small issue and not charge me for it, which is hard to find nowadays. This summer, when our A/C unit failed to work, he quickly advised what was wrong with the unit and replaced our A/C unit and furnace because it was out of date.
I am grateful that he was able to fix the units and save us a lot of money with the government rebate that he told us about.

I've installed hvac system with Spring Home. My 38 years old little townhouse was using electric heating board. Now they swap it to a high efficient gas system. Their service is pretty good, and people are nice. Price is good as well. Because of high efficient furnace, monthly cost is also much lower, I am very satisfied. We contacted Spring Home Heating after reading reviews about them on HomeStars.com. We needed to install an HVR unit after our energy audit revealed too low an air flow rating. I did research on HRV's before contacting several heating / air contractors to insure I knew what I was talking about ahead of time.

Of all of the heating / air contractors we had come to our home, I found Spring Home Heating to be the most knowledgable and they provided honest, helpful advice. I felt no pressure to buy from Spring Home, dispute Cy (our sales rep.) going out of his way to provide additional detailed manufacturing specs. that were not normally available.

In the end, we decided to go with Spring Home to install our HRV unit and a whole home air purifier. The installers were on time, did an excellent job and left our home in clean condition. In addition, they spent the time to explain every aspect of the installation and operation of the new units. They even fixed the drain for our pre-existing on-demand hot water system which they didn't even install in the first place.

Buying from Spring Home is one of my best big decisions of 2010 despite rushing after my furnace died during a chilly week in December. Cy came over to show me their line of furnaces shortly after contacting them and they installed the furnace on that very day. Even though everything was quick, they gave a reasonable price and the most satisfactory responses out of all the places we've contacted.

Cy was a pleasure to deal with. His professional manner, friendly disposition and technical knowledge made it easier to choose Spring Home over all the companies that put fliers on our door advertising low priced A/C. He pointed out that our utility room may not have enough vents in it for the furnace combustion air and told me who I could call to verify this. In the end I had the builder put in a couple of extra vents for this purpose.

The installation team for Spring Home did an excellent job. The installation was clean and professional and not easy since the basement was finished and the utility room very cramped.

My furnace dies on me a week ago at night. I Called a local company and managed to get the furnace up temporary. The estimate for the repair is high and with the worry that other parts of the furnace might be failing in a year or two I decided to get a new one. Reading reviews here at HomeStars and found Spring Home. Spring Home is not totally new to me as I pass by their company on Warden every day when I go to work. I feel strange to see there are so many good reviews about them and all of them are with a score of 10. I called Cy and wanted to gather information about the furnace they carry. Cy was very patient regardless I was calling him late at night. Cy came to my house the next morning and explained everything to me in detail without rushing me to close the deal. The installation was scheduled after Christmas and now I have a new furnace. Now I know why they have so many positive reviews here at HomeStars. Reason is simple – they really deserve it. Cy is professional and knowledgeable. George calls me proactively to address my concerns. The installers are polite with smiley faces all the time. They take the time to do the job right and clean up the work areas afterward. The amazing part is that they have a post-installation questionnaire for me. To my surprise, Cy gave me a follow up call the next day after the installation. This shows Spring Home care about their business and their customers.

I am extremely satisfied with the purchase and installation of my new furnace, air cleaner and air conditioner by Spring Home. The furnace, air cleaner and air conditioner are of high quality and I am very satisfied with the results. The sales manager was very helpful in explaining the products and my options. The installation was of high quality as well, including the installation of my old humidifier, which they were not familiar with, but took the time to understand and then install correctly. The work outside was done very well, including the base for the air conditioner and the clean drilling in the basement wall for the piping to the furnace. I highly recommend this company.
