I did a great deal of shopping around and obtained more than two dozen quotes from different companies, but chose Spring Home in the end, and I'm certain I made the right choice. Being an engineer with some knowledge in the field of refrigeration, it doesn't take me a lot of effort to identify a company that actually knows what they're doing. When I first called Spring Home and spoke with Cy, he went out of his way to stop by my house the same evening despite a tight schedule, just to demonstrate the authentic evaporator coil that they would be installing (many other companies quietly use 3rd-party coils that may not provide top efficiency for certain technical reasons, or charge extra for the native ones). When I met Cy and spoke with him through all the questions I had, I felt very confident that this company could be trusted. All questions were taken very seriously and - where necessary - answers came directly from company engineers. In addition to that, I was very impressed with the price, and overall it felt like a clear winner.
On the scheduled installation date, the installers came on time. Very friendly guys, very receptive to questions and concerns, and taking extra steps to do it all neatly and properly. No rushing or shortcuts to get it done quick and dirty, which I definitely appreciate as a professional. I was very pleased with the results and couldn't find anything that might cause a concern (I'm pretty picky). They also installed the "smart" thermostat that finally made use of our builder-installed high-efficiency modulated furnace which was previously controlled by a simple on-off single-stage thermostat. Gosh, what a world of difference!!! There were a few permanently colder areas in our house due to the short (but full-burner) furnace cycles, and this new thermostat has completely changed the game. The whole family immediately noticed the difference. - Thank you Cy for the advice!
So, the A/C system was tested and worked great, and still I was informed that since it was very cold outside, the company would be coming back in May specifically to fine-tune the system for the right amount of refrigerant.
It's great to see that amount of post-installation concern for customer satisfaction.
I will be posting back when I have the system fine-tuned and once the summer heat puts it to test. But so far, I'm a very satisfied customer. Thank you Spring Home, and keep up the great work!

Excellent service. Cy took all the time needed to explain what was needed and what the options were.
A comparison of his quote with another reputable contractor showed his quote to be quite a bit less costly for what was a comparable job.
The installers, Tiger and Ricky arrived as promised and removed the old (34 years old to be precise ) furnace and water heater. Cy's advice to buy out the old water heater contract proved to be correct,and saved me some money.
The removal was a nasty job and they did it neatly, by literally cutting thel old furnace up, since they could not remove it any other way.
the install was done very professionaly and even better, they cleaned up after themselves leaving me with nothing to do but enjoy the new, high efficiency furnace and lots of hot water.
I am not easily impressed, but these folks did a great job.

Workers were very polite, explained what everything was and how
to use the new thermostate. They covered the floor with a dropcloth and
cleaned up when they were finished. There was no garbage or mess for me
to clean up. They even tested the furance, air conditioner, air
cleaner, humidifier and hot water tank to make sure they were all
working fine before they left. Very professional. will use them for my

Promised high quality installation and delivered. Installers efficient, clean/tidy and finished by promised time. Professionally finished installation. I think I have said everything I need to say in first eighteen words, but site requires thirty words, so last sentence written to meet that.

I sought 3 quotes (to replace 13 yr old HVAC system) from 3 companies that were all highly rated, had a good suite of product offerings and had a reputation for quality installation and service. I did a lot of research on all 3 companies, which had the products I was interested in. In the end, I chose Spring Home as George pointed out a couple of existing deficiencies with a recent hot water tank installation we had done a few weeks ago. They fixed these and I thought exceeded my expectations. The installers, Tiger and Ricky, did a very good job, kept me posted throughout the process and left the place as they found it. The thermostat I ordered was unavailable but George called as soon as he found out to let me know a few days before the job started. The team will be back out in May when it's shipped. I'm glad I did all the research and I'm happy with the installation and product. I look forward to getting my new thermostat in the coming weeks. Thanks to the Spring Home folks!

In Mid April i was reiewing companies an homestars. I had come accross Spring Heating and A/C. I was looking for a reputable company with outstanding customer service. I decided to contact them via email and i promptly received a reply. A date and time was scheduled for a sales person to come by my home and advise of what brand of Lennox brand of A/C and humidifer was the best option for my new home. I was looking for a specific brand and Lennox was that brand. Not only because Lennox is a reputable brand and but also for the longevity of their products. George the sales man dropped by and highly recommended the models that would best meet my cost, usage and lifestyle needs. Upon close research from his guidance and service i promptly agreed to have them installed. It was a week there after that they were. The technicians were amazing. The equipment was and is working to the best of my satisfaction. If i were to recommened a company that offers the best products and service it will be definitely be Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc.

Keep in mind if you have gold and want to make some nice jewelry then you need good Jeweler other your Gold will be messed up, Lenox is good brand AC but you also need professionals to install it otherwise it doesn't worth to buy expensive/quality products.

I just would like to commend the people who work from Spring Home. I recently had them put an air conditioner and humidifier in my home. The guys who came were very efficient, and they were able to finish the tasks based on the promised time (it was important for me at that time since I needed to leave after the specified deadline). After the installation of the humidifier, I was instructed on how to use and maintain it. It wasn't rocket science, but just with the mere effort was good enough for me. For the air conditioner, they mentioned that they will come back around late spring to summer to optimize it. I bet it has already been put in their schedule.

Before I forget, George gave me a very fair price for the two. He was very professional to talk to and was not in a hurry in explaining or answering my questions.

I definitely would recommend this company. In fact, I already did as one of my friends needed someone to install a humidifier in their house. He was also pleased with the outcome.
