I decided to replace my old 80% efficiency furnace with a high efficiency one. I got some quotes and I decided for Spring Home Heating & Cooling. Their price was close to other offers. I gave them a list with my requirements to be attached and part of the contract and they accepted all of them. Spring Home H&C company installed for me an American Standard Freedom 95 furnace in less than one week from the time they gave me the quote. Two technicians came in the morning on the day they wrote in the contract and did a good and clean job. They met all the requirements I attached to the contract and they did check with me in all the situations in which few approaches were possible. Everything went smoothly and I didn’t have any unpleasant situation or outcome.
