We can't say enough about our experiences with Cy and Spring Home - we got quotes from so many different companies and we were most impressed by Cy (he offered a great product, great price, many rebates, he was knowledgeable, prompt in getting back to us, attentive and most importantly respectful of our property and of finding the most efficient and best solution for our heating and cooling needs)
He refused to do anything that was not to code and even had to work extra to reorient the furnace/redo duct work to make sure the furnace was up to code and effectively installed in the small space we have in the basement (with no additional cost to us)
We had our ducts cleaned right after the installation by Ducts by Dave (also highly recommend) and Dave said it was the best installation he had ever seen.
Thank you Cy, our furnace is quiet, efficient, the air is clean, our house is heated quickly and evenly and we know we can count on you if we ever have any questions or concerns. This is the type of service we need more of in this day and age!
